Returns
We want you to love your Lev piece as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
· Unworn and in original packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at (email to be made) with your order number. Please note:
· For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’ll process refunds to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
